United HealthCare signs OEM agreement with Pragma for Telemote & Fortress

Austin, Texas {November 17, 2025} – United HealthCare Services signed an OEM software agreement with Pragma Systems
to bundle Pragma Telemote and Fortress in Optum’s medical imaging stations for remote access customer support.
Telemote was developed by Pragma for healthcare and government customers who need a secure remote desktop access
solution with SSH level high security and advanced FIPS cryptography.

Under this new multi-year agreement, Pragma’s Telemote servers and viewers will be custom installed in Optum’s radiology
and cardiology medical imaging workstations and servers. Pragma has been a long-term software provider to Change
Healthcare, the company now owned by Optum. This newly signed agreement continues that relationship under United
Healthcare’s Optum subsidiary.
