PRAGMA SYSTEMS INTRODUCES 64-BIT VERSIONS OF PRODUCT SUITE
Pragma Systems Annouces the 64-bit versions of
Pragma SSH & Pragma Telnet Server
Austin, TX {July 12, 2006} â Pragma Systems, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise class Windows
servers for Microsoft platforms, announces the pre-release of the 64-bit edition of Pragma
ortressSSH, Pragma SSH Client Suite and Pragma Telnet Server for Windows Vista/2003/2000/XP.
Customers now have the option of running either the 64-bit version or 32-bit version of Pragma
SSH and Pragma Telnet Server across their enterprise.
Pragma SSH Server 5.0, SSH Client Suite 5.0 and Pragma Telnet Server 7.0 will support
the new Microsoft Vista and Longhorn operating systems. Pragmaâs products allow enterprises
remote access and management to computers in their companies. Customers have a reliable way to
utilize system administration, application delivery and secure encrypted file transfer throughout
computing environments with Pragmaâs product suite.
“We wanted to maintain our market leadership in the telnet and SSH space, and believe that being
the first to announce 64-bit compatibility demonstrates our commitment in this area,” said Andrew

new features and capabilities, and through the addition of our advanced console and numerous connection
capacity, we have been able to accomplish this as well.”
A sampling of the new feature set include:
- ⢠Runs console applications and allows history scroll back within the same session
- Virtual SFTP directories (Pragma SSH only)
- Session re-connect
- Supports over 1000 sessions on a single computer
Pricing for Pragma SSH Server 5.0 and Pragma Telnet Server 7.0 ranges from US$399-US$999 and
SSH Client Suite is US$99. The pre-release version is currently available for download. The new
versions of Pragma FortressSSH, SSH Client Suite and Pragma Telnet Server will be available for
purchase August 28, 2006.
